Originally, well, it should be called How To power your house from your car, the video version of my famous audio class, I have this large video four and a half hours of the home and mobile battery bank system, how to have a home battery bank, the number one thing you’re going to use anytime there’s a disaster. Well, this simply mergency home Power Solutions is a combination of how to power your house to your car, which you can do right now with a $15 inverter from Walmart, you can run your TV charger, phone charger, tablet, recharge double A batteries, you can even run your refrigerator, as long as the defrost cycle doesn’t kick on. And it’s more than enough to do that. And that’s it. I mean, it’ll give you back basically almost everything that you lost in the disaster. It’s not gonna run your wild pompous dog gonna run refrigerator and freezer at the same time, you only need to do one of those about three times today for an hour each.

Don’t listen to any bull crap from anyone who doesn’t know crap. It does not hurt your car to idle your car is designed to idle forever. Unless you got one of these newfangled ones that will only idle for two hours and then turn itself off. In which case you’re gonna have to tag your kid go outside and push the button to start it again. No big deal. Tell your phone you know, hey, seal Siri remind me in two hours to restart the car.
No problem you have your phone is going to work because your car is recharged your phone for you. You’re gonna love it. Trust me. It’s Harris. It’s me at my best and you’re just gonna go Wow.

9..  How Long Will It take for Solar to Charge my Battery Bank?  14 minutes.  Ok.  I do have more on solar.  “How long will it last” and “how long to charge it”.   I show you exactly how long it will take any size panel to charge your battery, its so simple and I show you when you want and especially when you DO NOT want solar.   Superstorm Sandy brought 11 DAYS of 100% CLOUDS.   Solar power was ZERO.   I was in it.  I documented it.  

10..  How many different ways can I connect solar to my battery bank (or car).  8 minutes.   There are 2 different ways basically, PWM (the old simple way that works) and MPPT the better newer way that makes the wires smaller and the whole thing is more efficient.   This is the way to have solar panels 100 feet away (in the sun) yet still charge your battery bank without spending $300 on copper wire. I actually use a regular ‘extension cord’ to run the solar energy back into my ‘bug out trailer’ (in the shade) from the Sunshine (in the grass field).  No joke.
