Connect DC To DC And DC To AC With Wago Connectors

DC to DC and DC to AC Wago connector video training by Steven Harris

The following video is an overview of the more intensive video training by Steven Harris showing you how to use Wago connectors for DC to DC and DC to AC.

Below is the transcript from the above video in case you prefer reading the information instead of listening:

HARRIS is about to make your entire electrical life a hell of a lot easier and a hell of a lot more flexible and really flexible especially in an emergency. You’re going to see me put all this stuff into an ammo can and label it 12 volt DC wagyu or Wagga wa geo I don’t know how to pronounce it, we call them Wego connectors Anyways, if you’re familiar, we’re putting two wires together and twisting them and then putting the wire not on I consider that like 1913 and the wagyu connector like 2021 way of doing things. It’s a wonderful connector you got to put you put in two wires, three wires or five wires, you lift up this little lever you’re shoving the bare part of the wire and you close it and I clamps down on it like a son of a bitch. You’re not pulling that thing out you’re not getting that loose unless you lift up that lever. And as meant for tournament electrical installations as in residential or commercial. It is by fire faster, quicker and easier than any wire not than you ever done. Plus, you get to see Harris prover to the nth degree. I take two of the five connection ones I color one red color one black, I put on back to back room together and then I put all of my
positive connectors on one and all my negative connectors on the other. So I can have a cigarette lighter male with a pigtail on it female with pigtails on it going into my 18 volt battery with pigtails on it. Going to inverter with pigtails on going on to little clamps with little pigtails going on the big clamps go into SAE connectors going to everything go into the solar panel go into MC four connectors. Do you get the idea? It does not now it does not matter because you got all you always got extra connectors left over when you’re doing a project right now I just strip off the end you know about three quarters of an inch.
I leave the bare wire solid solid or stranded it doesn’t matter. I put them into this little box and I actually had my solar panels break you’ll see it in the solar video for the battery bank. I pulled one of the connectors loose and they’re an SAE connector that were all brought together and I went out with a wagyu connector I fixed it and literally like 15 seconds. That was it. It got rained on piste on you know the dog tried to bite it everything else not my dog some roaming dog that found me out middle of nowhere. It doesn’t matter it does. It works just perfectly. You’ll see me use them and also in the summer video. When we’re on the gun range with a 48 volt golf cart. I’m pulling voltage off the golf cart going to A converter which goes from 48 volts down to 12 volts to inverter and that was all Donald wagyu connectors. Yeah, I just took two clamps and clamp them on the 48 volts took that and ran it to the waggle connector ran out into the wire off the 48 volt 12 volt converter, which is really a 30 to 60 volt converter down to 12.25 volts but again, that’s in the solar addition not to the battery bank video, which go listen to that. And then I just ran that directly into an inverter which was stripped and went into another sub the wagons on the output of the converter. And then I had 120 volts we ran a fan ran some lights charge some things and it was like sitting there and I had over almost 10 kilowatt hours of golf cart battery for anything I could possibly want. It was it was endless. It’s infinite. And these connectors make life easy and no I’m usable for DC but their AC connectors they doesn’t matter just copper. Copper is copper is copper is copper, copper, doesn’t matter AC DC three phase single phase whatever you want to do, it works and it works perfectly. I run 84 volts DC from my solar panels through a regular extension cord with custom ends and I made the app with Wego connectors all the way back from my solar panels, which are you I want to park my bike trailer in the shade. Okay, I don’t want my solar panels on the bugout trailer because a lot of bugout trailer in the shade they’re called solar panels, not shaped panels. So I put my panels which are flexible and mobile out in the sun, so they’re 100 feet away or 50 feet away. So I use an extension cord with special connectors that I put onto it that will go into me extension cord. So I don’t modify the extension cord or modify the connectors that go into the extension cord and I run back into my MPPT charge controller and charge my battery bank bow with wagyu connectors. Life is easy, and Harris is gonna make your life easy just this is one of those dishes
Got up quit bitching and buy it trust me satisfaction guarantee that all my stuff you can go Steve video really stunk I didn’t like it I want my money back okay here you go you got nothing to lose and everything to gain I guarantee you whatever I’m charging for this video whether you’re giving an Mocambo or discount or anything it will you’re just gonna go all my you know, it’s like go slap your forehead. Why didn’t I know about these? When did they come out? How long have they been out? Why is no other people not using them? Why aren’t they using them all the time? Why haven’t I been using them?
And anyways, you’ll do it. You’ll love it. Like I said, shut up. Quit complaining. Just buy it. You’ll love it. See ya
